Delivery policy

Everything is packed by hand at our family wadi in Ratnagiri and sent from there.

Delivery charges

Mixed orders count together towards ₹999. The delivery charge is shown before you confirm your order.

When your order ships

• We pack and dispatch on fixed days each week. We confirm your order by email and tell you the dispatch day.
• UPI orders ship once payment is received. When it is packed we email you, and your order page shows the amount and our UPI ID.
• Cash on delivery orders ship after we confirm the order with you by phone or email.
• Pre-orders ship in the season the product is ready: jackfruit chips and Hapus usually from March, other products as listed on the product page.

You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is booked.

How long delivery takes

• Most of Maharashtra: usually 2 to 4 days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch.
• Remote areas can take longer.

These are estimates from our courier partners; delays caused by the courier, weather or holidays are outside our control, but we will follow up for you.

Hapus

Mangoes are sent mature but not fully ripe, so they ripen at home in 2 to 4 days. We only send Hapus by routes that arrive within a few days. Hapus orders are paid in full before dispatch; cash on delivery is not available for mangoes.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. If a courier cannot reach your PIN code, we will tell you before you pay and suggest India Post or another option.

Address and availability

Please give a complete address with PIN code and a phone number that is reachable. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can resend it after the return shipping and new delivery charge are paid.
