Orders
- Placing an order on shimga.in is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we confirm it with you by email or phone.
- Many products are seasonal or made in small batches. If we cannot fill an order, or part of it, we tell you and refund anything you have paid.
- Products marked "Sold out" cannot be ordered until they are back in stock.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm.
- Prices change with each season. You pay the price shown when your order was confirmed.
- You pay nothing when you place the order. You pay by UPI once your order is packed, or by cash on delivery where offered (₹50 extra, orders up to ₹1,500, not for Hapus).
Products
- Our products are made in small batches from our own and nearby farms. Size, colour and taste vary a little from batch to batch.
- Each pack lists ingredients, best-before date and storage instructions. Please read them, especially if you have allergies. Cashews are a tree nut; our kitchen also handles cashews and coconut.
- Product photos and illustrations show the product as closely as we can, but the real product may look slightly different.
